Recently, KIO has successfully adopted a high-performance vacuum brazing furnace, which is officially put into use for the production of core components of Coriolis mass flowmeters. Through advanced technological innovation, we have broken through the bottlenecks of traditional processes, significantly improved product accuracy and stability, and injected strong momentum into the manufacturing of high-end flow measurement equipment.
As a core precision measurement device, the welding quality of the measuring tube of Coriolis mass flowmeters directly determines the measurement accuracy and service life. The traditional silver-based manual brazing process is prone to uneven heating, deformation and residual internal stress of the measuring tube, restricting the improvement of product performance. KIO’s newly commissioned vacuum brazing furnace fundamentally solves this problem by virtue of its high-vacuum environment and precise temperature control technology.
This equipment can achieve a maximum welding temperature of 1250°C and a brazing vacuum degree of 6.63×10⁻³ Pa, completely isolating oxygen to avoid oxidation and significantly improving the purity of weld seams. It adopts a multi-stage program-controlled temperature system with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, which is compatible with the melting characteristics of nickel-based brazing filler metals and ensures stable and controllable welding. Combined with the precision positioning and calibration process, it effectively eliminates internal stress of parts, controlling the average error of the flowmeter within 0.14% and the repeatability at 0.07%, meeting the high-precision requirement of Class 0.15.
